How to Play

Three steps, every matchweek. Read this once and you won't need to think about the mechanics again.

1

Enter a scoreline for each match

That's genuinely all you do: type in a score, like 2-1. You don't separately pick a winner, or say how big the margin is, or call a draw. Everything else is worked out automatically from the score you enter.

2

Play a Dugout Card, if you want one

Before a match locks, you can optionally play one of five cards to boost your points on that fixture. Totally optional, see below for what each one does.

3

Submit before the deadline

Predictions lock 1 hour before kickoff. You can change your mind and update a prediction as many times as you like right up until then.

How your scoreline earns points

One scoreline can score in several different ways at once. You're not choosing between them, they all stack:

You don't need to think about any of this while predicting, just enter the score you genuinely believe. The scoring engine does the rest.

The Dugout, in one line

Five one-time cards per season, one per fixture, each rewarding a different kind of confident call, from playing it safe to going all-in on a result you're sure about.
